Understanding The Service
A look at how a properly engineered irrigation system protects your lawn investment year after year
Sprinkler installation in Wills Point, TX is far more involved than placing a few heads in the ground and hoping for even coverage. Every property has its own slope, soil composition, sun exposure, and plant variety, and each of these factors changes how water needs to be delivered. Our team begins every project with a property assessment that maps out dry spots, runoff zones, and high-traffic areas so the system we design actually matches the way your landscape behaves throughout the season.
Once the layout is mapped, we calculate water pressure and flow rate to determine how many zones your property requires. Lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and shaded areas all have different watering needs, and grouping them incorrectly is one of the most common reasons irrigation systems fail to perform. We separate these zones intentionally so that each area of your landscape receives exactly the volume of water it needs, no more and no less.
From there, our crews trench carefully around existing hardscaping, tree roots, and utility lines to lay PVC piping and wiring with minimal disruption to your yard. We use professional-grade pipe fittings and pressure-tested connections to prevent leaks long after installation day. Every head is calibrated for the correct spray pattern, whether that is a fixed spray for small beds, rotary heads for open lawn areas, or drip lines for delicate plantings.
The final stage of every installation includes pairing the system with a programmable controller. We walk you through setting watering schedules by season, explain how to make manual adjustments, and in many cases install smart controllers that automatically respond to rainfall and temperature changes. This means your lawn gets consistent care even when your schedule does not allow for daily attention.
